Like the post mentioned above, wifi is not dependent on your ISP unless you have one of those USB internet speedsticks (meaning you do not have a modem).

Wifi is not dependent on the ISP, it is dependent on the wireless router that you have. If you have the modem/wireless router package that rogers sends to its customers, I seriously suggest buying a better wireless router cause that thing is seriously bad in the range department.
