| [Troubles] Fixes Just Make Things Worse Wonderful service. Interacting with the support people in the 'direct' forum as suggested. They say they are 're-provisioning' my line to fix it. That made the modem disconnect and refuse to reconnect. This was twelve hours ago.
Now I have hit hours where I normally could work, if I skip sleeping, but cannot because I do not have a connection at ALL. Ten hours to wait minimum until the tech comes out and tells me he has the same damn problem at his house around the corner. AGAIN.
Modem says "Waiting for ISP"
I know that feeling, I've been waiting on you for a year. |
