[CATV] Problems with OnDemand

I was wondering if anyone else is having problems with OnDemand.
My problem is a delayed response in selecting what I want to watch and the time it starts.

For instance, I will goto "Premiums", "HBO", "Movies" then when I find a movie I press "watch" and it takes about 15 seconds for it to start. Sometimes I get a "first time" error code and it still starts after error.

Also, the menus are real slow. Like when scrolling through movies. Can take like 7 seconds for next page to load when looking through A-Z movies or whatever.

Another problem is when I'm watching a "OnDemand" movie and I press "pause" or "play" same 5 second delay. Or the worst thing is when I missed something and I rewind and press play it goes back like 10 seconds before it plays so I miss a lot.

Also, fast forwarding when I press play I will miss a lot before it responds.

Charter Tech was out yesterday and he noticed same thing and he called OnDemand people and said it's probably charters service that is the problem. I did have him replace both boxes with DVR's but they still had the same problems.
