Well, even in the big corporate heaven of 21st century USA, I do not think that the" unlocking fee" would fly. Additionally, you can port out free of charge numbers you ported in to GV. So I do not think I would personally bother to start a brawl even if it was possible. Those $ 3 are a good deal for a DID of your liking.
