Well the techs have all told me the line is beautiful. That capacity doesn't seem to be an issue. Once i think i just lucked out, that it was a router issue on the CO side, and somehow a level 3 took my call and fixed it within 12hours. I don't know why i feel this is the same issue and have no idea why. I just wish they were more transparent. I have been trying hard to assist them in trouble shooting but its been difficult as they don't seem to take your word for it. Just trying to figure this out.
