That is because 5ms max delay is the standard profile for Optik 50. We had to do that, because at those rates we're exhausting interleaving memory; 76/12 at 5ms is the max we can do while still using PhyR.

Because the telus speedtest server is on the telus network, theres no more latency introduced. Maybe 500usecs. -- The more I C, the less I see.
