This is the 2500 sheet bottom tray?
The tray motor does try to move, does it? |

Woburn, MA | The tray is actually disabled. It had a paperjam which was cleared but the machine kept saying I had to say ok and disable the tray and call for service. However it's been resolved so now the question is how to tell the machine that the tray can be enabled. It is the 2500 sheet |
