All I see at Canadian Tire, Wallmart or Home Hardware are the same flickery LED light pulses that are dizzying to look at.
Like I said, it's probably cheaper to produce by using weaker LEDs and pulse them. Higher quality products would probably be too expensive and wouldn't sell well at all.
