NOW we know what Cogeco is doing with the money we've been feeding them...
Dont misunderstand me, i am for upgrading their network and all, since i'm force to use that network anyway. But, is it too much to ask to have decent prices/bandwidth limit now?
I'd be the first to change provider if i could, or even move to another city.  But right now i'm stuck! 
I feel like i'm living pretty close to an Amish Paradise... Oh how about a little song to cheer us up.
