| pulsating, inconsistant internet connection/download speed I have tried almost everything besides replacing the router and modem and I can't figure out what the problem is.

My isp is comcast
modem is DPC2100R2 series Cable modem by Scientific Atlanta for comcast
the router is Tenda Wireless N Broadband router model W268R
the download speed jumps from 0 KB/S to 87 KB/S to 160 KB/S (or above for brief seconds) every couple seconds, most often siding with the 0 KB/S, sometimes staying there for more than 15 sec. How do I keep it at a consistent rate? |
