That is the EXACT name, letter for letter, on my bill and as you can see by compuguybna's image.

As I said, it "feels" more like them giving themselves a tip for something they're supposed to do anyway! Can't say as I ever remember seeing it on my bill previously. Not that I've ever changed anything much.

Edit:
The last time I changed anything (Oct. of this year) was when I went through the Direct forum and increased my speed from the 15/3 plan to the 30/4 and got to keep my own modem. There was NO $1.99 change of service computerized fee, as I just went to the Charter site and looked over my previous bills.
