I think the driver of this one owns a catfish farm.

I don't think the driver is worried about birth control. He looked to be about late 60's or early 70's. He was very well dressed and you could tell he liked his car. He looked like he would be an interesting person to get to know.

Also no way to know if that is his personal car or the company car. Could drive a non-promotional car on the weekends.

Then again a car like this could get more attention at the gas station than a Ferrari. Ferrari is "Oh look a another stuck up rich person likely a stock broker, Lets go talk to the guy driving a fish."

Looks to be the company promotional car for Heartland Catfish Company, a company that processes, you guessed it, catfish.

Would have been cooler if it was a shark with white teeth on the front.

Except not a Mako shark. That's a Sting Ray.

This is a Mako Shark:

It is labeled wrong on the original web page...

It's also labeled wrong on the fender badge as well then. Says Mako Shark........

Lurch posted the C2 based original concept Mako Shark. You posted the Mako Shark II which the C3 was based on.

hmm that is one sweet looking sports car.

sure anything modern is many magnitudes faster and more advanced, But I bet this car would get more attention at a cruise night than even a Veyron.

Ah, ok. I didn't look closely enough.

This was cool, too, but must be a later prototype:

If I remember right, the C3 version you are posting is the model that was eventually offered to the public.

Yup, I was unaware that they had done the mako styling on the earlier car.
