Definitely a problem here:

3 94 ms 109 ms 116 ms static-50-53-32-1.bvtn.or.frontiernet.net [50.53.32.1]
4 145 ms 144 ms 146 ms 50.38.7.93

Not sure where about in or near Beaverton you are but there's a problem (hardware most likely) with Frontier -- you should call customer service and try to report it. Or just wait it out...
