[E-Mail] can't seem to set up an email account
Every time I try to set up an email account using my laptop i get this "Sorry! To help ensure security, access to Member Services is now only available from computers connected to Insight Broadband. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you." anyone know how to fix this?

thanks, they won't work. I can't even sign up for my email account. I just got insight and they installed it while I was at work and my wife was here. I just want to sign up to get my email.

OK I fixed the issue I was having on setting up my email.
Now how do I log into myinsight account so I can either add services or devices?
