They are different from your email username and password. Make sure the DSL modem is in bridge mode, and you have the correct VPI/VCI settings. Enter the PPPoE info on the WAN setup page in the Router. |

Otherwise, set the router for PPPoE and enter the username and password. Usually, the PPPoE username and password are different from your email username and password. |

best way is to bridge the modem and set the Linksys to obtain address automatically. |
