 | [Internet] Can't find my inlaws paid speed I am at my inlaws for the holidays. They live out in the middle of West Virginia. In the past they used Verizon as their ISP and although slow, it was managable. Since I was here last time Frontier has taken over their contract and it is UNBEARABLE. After running speed tests their ping is consistantly over 250ms and their speed is consistantly about .5 Mbps.
So I started to do a little homework and wanted to see what speeds my inlaws are paying for. I have their login infomation, but get stuck in a loop that says i need to login into Frontier, or Verizon (the opposite of what I am trying to log into)
Has anyone else experienced this loop? Where can I find out what they are paying for so that I can start to contact Verizon/Frontier and get this resolved for them.
Thanks. |

 | verizon.net/myaccount -> which tells me...
As of July 1, your Internet, Telephone and/or Television service was transitioned to Frontier Communications. You will no longer be able to access your account information at www.verizon.com. From now on, please visit the following Frontier sites:»www.frontier.my.yahoo.com to access your new home page and to set up your paperless billing and/or online bill payment.
AND
frontier.my.yahoo.com --> which tells me to login to verizon, and in turn tells me to login to frontier. Endless loop.
Mostly just trying to figure out what they are paying for at this point. |

 | Is it possible they were given new login credentials when things moved over to Frontier? Does anyone have experience with this? |

 | Ah. Dont know what I didn't think of that. Its a westell A-90 Looks like they are paying for 3358 Kbps and 863 Kbps. Now I can actually open a diaglog with Frontier and see why the problems. Thanks. |
