Other than the stuff that comes with the bill I hardly get anything in the mail from Cox and only a few emails a month beyond the bill notice. Granted, there's really not much more I could get from Cox.
I've always wondered, we can setup spam filters for email, even at the ISP level; however, the Post Office would never do such a thing as it would basically put them out of business... heh..
The argument concerning "spam" filters at the post office level is that the problem takes care of itself. Unlike email, the post office charges for items they handle and deliver.
