Hi all,
Hoping for some help here - I've been using Cox HSI for over a year now, no problems until that recent email outage issue. Since then I have been having a ton of issues staying connected, frequent disruptions in service that pretty much make the service unusable. Not sure what happened, I haven't made any changes on my end
I ran pingplotter a number of times over the past couple days whenever I have issues, and I've attached images for those runs.
Also, this is the log from my surfboard 5101 (yes, it's outdated but only ~1.5 years old) - Also I run a router with tomato firmware (WRT54GL) but I have had no issues up to now:
