Grand Total, The problem was already submitted to our premium provider. I apologize sincerely if it took some time for your issue.
Anyway, today they fixed it the one route to UK that was broken (Not all destinations were), and I had a meeting with our route guy and we added an extra backup route on the premium routing. I also asked to make routing issues an "emergency" priority.
If tickets start to get posted here periodically, we'll basically have to get out of the forum again. Last year the forum became a place for tickets and complains and we had to take a break from it for that very reason.
