I came home from visiting in-laws to find my new bill in the mailbox. Evidently, Suddenlink considers raising my bill $10 without any warning or notice whatsoever to be a proper gift. Tomorrow, they get to cancel my service! Happy Boxing Day, corporate swine.
I usually find that changes in pricing came with a notice in a preceding bill, and people usually ignore them.
If you can't open it, you don't own it.

Yeah, it's in the previous month bill on page 2 in small print
I checked the previous bill - there is no mention of a rate increase.
Maybe it was a Merry Christmas charge
