Since last night my internet keeps dropping out, i reboot the modem or wait for 5-10 mins and it comes back, still doing it now, its taken a few tried to get here and post this, i have to work inbetween the drops.

Since then there have been upstream SNR issues in your area. I have escalated this to the technical supervisor to get it resolved.
