Just an update:
I filed the BBB report, and 10 days later they called me. Although they did not want to get into why they didn't notify any of their customers, they promised to waive the $10 freeze, which they did. They also promised to refund my $26.99 and $19.99 fee for the 2 people on my account, because we couldnt use the gym. They only refunded the $26.99 and not the $19.99, so I will have to call again.
