| Same as your experience... I live in Barney GA, and am limited to 3mb speed. My experiences are darn near exactly as the same as you have written over the past 6 months. If there was an alternative internet source I would certainly sign up. I even looked at using a phone hotspot but that limits access severely. Windstream customer service is atrocious. I did get a credit for one month back, but even though they admit that it is their equipment, and that they are working on it, they are adamant that I don't get any more credit, no matter how horrible the service. I am thinking of just dropping them and giving up internet at home. Yes.. the blood pressure is high... thanks for posting Douglas... |
