Just keep in mind that once you root, you create a locked door to the Secure Element on the phone... where no door existed before. As with any lock, it's only a matter of time before a hacker creates a key. It's difficult which is why it's not been done yet. But I'm betting it does happen. An app will be created that can automatically gain root access and then it's game over.
