Wireless Speeds? FiOS GigE Wireless "N" Router

What Wireless Speeds are you suppose to get off this router? My laptop is only getting 100Mbps max. What speed is maxed supported with this router? I am wondering if my one year old laptop wireless card is old or the router can not get near speeds of 155Mbps internet speeds.

Ideal conditions up to 130mbps.
