The DVR fee is is a scam because the hardware DVR cost them nothing extra after initial development cost and installation. We pay for the TV guide already so them tacking on extra fees here shows they nickle and dime customers just like the commercials they make with Dish vs Direct TV in them.
Maybe they should look in the mirror.
