Re: TimeWarnerInternet New internet plans Mid 2013 "thecomputermaster" and "planetearth" have a long history of trying to scam people about speed tests... he did it last year on S4GRU.com .... tried to tell people that he was getting 50mbps on sprint LTE when the technology + spectrum only allows around 30-35mbps... if you guys want to read into him, this is a good place to start...
