tried what two computers on the same router dont mean half speed. maybe if your both torrenting or streaming but two ocmputers doesnt mean half speed i have 4 computers onhline and its reasonable with everyone online on a bell 25 connecction

This has nothing do with multiple computers plugged into a single router.
