How do you Provision different model Polycoms?

Hi, everyone.
We have a few Polycom phones deployed that are the same model. We're recently bought a new Polycom that's a different model. We're provisioning through TFTP through one of our servers.
We use the 000000.cfg file and have it say this:

APPLICATION APP_FILE_PATH="3111-44500-001.sip.ld" CONFIG_FILES="general.cfg" MISC_FILES="" LOG_FILE_DIRECTORY="" OVERRIDES_DIRECTORY="" CONTACTS_DIRECTORY="" LICENSE_DIRECTORY="" USER_PROFILES_DIRECTORY="" CALL_LISTS_DIRECTORY=""

The line that says 3111-44500-001.sip.Id tells the phones which firmware to use and the general.cfg file tells the phone their global network settings. Now that we have a different model phone, we can't tell the phone to use "3111-44500-001.sip.Id" because that wouldn't be the right firmware for it.

Anyway, I was wondering what the correct procedure was to do this. I've read the Polycom documents but haven't been able to wrap my head around it.
