Received a credit for last few months and was told the network issues are top priority. <br><br>Suggest others with speed issues do the same, should help push for a faster resolution if they want to stop giving credits or refunds.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[zappa_x posted :  Clarksville (47129). Paying for 20 meg service, and have seen speeds under 5 meg consistently all month.<br><br>Gonna give them a call and demand refund and drop my service to 10 at least. Not gonna pay for service i am not receiving.]]></description>
