Eatery recommendations in LA county

So I just thought this would be fun for some peeps that travel through LA county or those who currently live here.

So I will go ahead and type the city/town and restaurant name that I strongly recommend you try

Arcadia - Garden cafe ( asian)
Duarte - El Salvadoreno
Eagle rock - auntie ems
Glendale - Lola's (peruvian)
Compton - Louisiana chicken
san pedro - there's a port on 5th street off the 110 that is great

silverlake - cha cha cha (i believe peruvian/jamaican)
baldwin park - uruapan restauraunt (seafood)
thai town - KT THAI
los angeles - son of a gun(seafood)
los angeles - joan's on third(deli)
el monte - la barca (mexican)
los feliz - alcove cafe
pasadena - father natures (wraps)
pasadena - stone grill

I think that is it for now!

Los Angeles - Philippe's French Dip Sandwiches. I love that spicy horseradish mustard!

It's been a few years since I've been into LA, but I always try to fit in time for lunch at El Tepeyac in Boyle Heights when I'm in the area.

Order the Hollenbeck Burrito... You won't be hungry for 3 days.

My all time fav is El Caserio in the Silverlake District, just off the 101.
Ecuadorian and Italian food - strange combo, but delicious! There are 2 restaurants both named the same within a couple of blocks of each other, a very nice one, and a coffee-shop style one.
