Aha I see, so its just out of a can lies when you say:

Go look up the definitions of 'we' and 'investigate'.
Also, ignore anything they say about posting in the direct forum for credits. I've tried:
We apologize we are technical support and cannot make those billing changes you are requesting. So please call Billing at 800-347-1991. They can assist with your bill.
They cannot give you that, even if they lead you to believe they can, as the poster in this thread did.
If you call the number, you may get lucky and get $10 shaved off a $70 bill. I never have been so lucky even with dozens of hours spent on the phone.
