I was hoping for one of the new GigE Routers and the 500GB DVR. Just really wondering? Anyone let me know! Thanks  |

Just got done with my install this afternoon in NYC apartment. They gave me the latest ActionTec Rev I and a small black ONT with external BBU... I was expecting the large white ONT that I see pics of everywhere but this new ONT is about the size of a small router. |

I had an Internet install done in December. They gave me an indoor ONT and a Rev. F router. The self install package for FIOS TV came with two new STB's, one beat up STB and one beat up DVR. I had to go the the Verizon store to swap out the beaters for slightly better beaters. No store in the NYC area had a new DVR. To boot they're still charging me for all 6 boxes. In addition they're charging me $10 more a month for my Triple Play package then my FIOS TV order confirmation says they should. Their system doesn't allow them to see what order confirms they send out. Even after faxing them a copy of the confirmation, they don't do anything. Way too many hours on the phone with Customer Service. Verizon sucks. |

I think that DVR has a 160GB Hard drive! |

kudos:1 | Verizon started putting 500gb hdds in 7216 dvrs. Due to shortage of 7232's.
