Part of the problem is that the boilers are installed upside down. Never seen a boiler attached to the ceiling too.

Put a cup, bowl, or whatever under each of the 3 potential culprit openings. Check in a day or two to see which one has water collected.

yah man, rotate yer pics so we dont get a neck cramp..

Looks like shes using her boiler for domestic hot water, and the relief attached to the mixing valve (2nd pic) is leaking due to no thermal expansion tank. If there is no expansion tank in the hot loop, you need one, or the hot coil in the boiler will rupture... lots of $$ there..

Has she had her boiler serviced this year by a decent tech? Should have it serviced -every- year, particularly oil.
