 | [Express] Strange traceroute from Rogers in OntarioI just arrived from out of town to meet up with family, and was helping with some internet connectivity problem while I am here. While doing a regular tracert the 2nd hop caught me off guard and I'm at a loss to explain the 2nd hop. (7.52.248.1)
From what whois, and ARIN tell me it's registered to the US Department of Defense...
Can anyone explain this?
Tracing route to b.resolvers.Level3.net [4.2.2.2] over a maximum of 30 hops:
