[FireFox] Facebook and like pages

I can't see the user comments being posted on my like page, however, I can see them on my phone just fine. Is this a firefox issue?

Do you mean your newsfeed? Postings are working fine for me with Fx 17.0.1.

Not a Firefox issue. If you are referring to your Pages Feed (new) you need to click the Icons (to show or hide) or click Comment under the post to see the comments.

I see comments just fine on my Profile Page and News Feed.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:17.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/17.0 (Firefox 17.0.1)

Not that, there's a separate place for user comments, that's hidden. However, it works just fine on my phone.

That was what I was trying to point out. It is hidden until you click the icons.

Or are you referring to a different page?

Are you talking about on your personal FB page or on a like page you host? Because there is no "Recent Posts By Others" on regular FB Timelines. Maybe post a pic of the page where you think you are missing this?

Are you talking about this kind of page?

Using FB Purity or some Ad Block Plus lists like FanBoy ? These are aggressive and can hide many elements of Facebook "likes", etc. Just throwing this out there ...

What icons??

The icons inside the blue rectangle that the red arrow is pointing to in my image I posted.

Aside from that we are indeed talking different things here. I went to NewsTalk 1260 - WFTW on Facebook.

From what I can see in "Recent Posts by Others on NewsTalk 1260 - WFTW" most of the post do not have comments. The ones that do have comments or have been liked, have little "Like" and/or "Comments" icons under the post on the left, hovering the mouse over those little icons displays a "Show/Hide comments and likes" information message. Clicking those icons show/hides the comments for that post.

In the upper right corner of that Recent Posts by Others section, there is a See All link, when seeing all, the comments are shown by default.

Another thing to consider, the iPhone is a mobile device, my guess is you are using the Facebook Application. That is not the same as when browsing the same page with Firefox.

This is what Rob_ See Profile asked per a PM to me, thus, the post for IE issues with Facebook, in the hopes that it will fix IE issues.

Yes, I do realize this is the Mozilla Forum (•)

Firefox is my default browser, I'll just use my phone to answer people's posts. (messages and comments work just fine, btw)

Sounds to me like there's been some improvement, Rob_ See Profile
Did you try the Firefox and IE resets ? You need to reply to what folks have suggested
Even if it's ...let me get my head wrapped around that and I'll get back to you on that ...

Have to use you phone to answer posts is crazy (///.-)

Yes and Yes.. the phone's the only thing that will let me see user's posts so I've given up on the browsers.

Go to your Facebook page, under the cog wheel at the top right, pull down the help menu, scroll to (as screenshot shows)
