Re: [Connectivity] Jittery Latency (Lehigh Valley) If the maintenance did improve things, it's only a slight improvement. Here's a snapshot of a line quality test and ping test to aggr1.atw.pa.rcn.net, which seems to be the troublesome hop:

The pings always seem to spike at this hop, causing me added latency. |

 | Would ordering a VoIP line change any of this? Because VoIP won't operate well on a line with high latency/jitter. |
