If it's an issue with the power company then good luck getting them to come out around the holidays unless there is a massive power outage. I'm sure if Comcast has narrowed down the problem then emails and phone calls up the chain of command are being made to the power company regarding the matter. The only thing I could suggest is to call your local franchise authority and/or the FCC, maybe the FEDS can put a little fire under their butts |
