Please go to:

Services Priority
To the right of the "Add" button, select "rtp", then click the "Add" button.
Change the rtp priority to "Express" (If you add XBox Live at a later time, you may want to consider increasing the rtp priority, too).

Click the "Save" button, then the "Apply Settings" button.

Power cycle the router.

Start QoS: Enable
Port: WAN
Packet Scheduler: HTB (bug with HFSC in pre 14390 firmware)
Uplink: 976
Downlink: 8160
Optimize for Gaming: unchecked

First, don't worry about my english!

I read lot of tuto on how to setup a QOS .... but I just don't understand anything!! can anyone help me with this .... here is my setting :

PAP2 on port 1 of the DD-Wrt router.

I check my speed with speedtest, and here is the result :

Downstream : 10.2
Upstream 1.22

So if anyone can help me with the right setting... really appreciate it!
