The last couple of days my connection has been real spotty, One minute everything works good and at another minute I can't get connected to the net.

This happens multiple times a day.

Can I get a tech to look at it?

Here's a link to my Line Monitor.

Look like loss between the router and our CMTS according to your graphs. Do you get the same results without the router?

I haven't tried it without the router, I'm on a wireless computer with limited access to the main computer that's next to the router and modem.

Looks like the router isn't a contributing factor then. At this point we probably need to look at modem or signal next.

Here's my signal levels, it's kinda cold out this morning so I think the downstream SNR will raise a few dB and the power lever will lower 1 or 2 dBmv's. I have noticed the last 4 or 5 days that we have been getting 1 or 2 T3 Time-outs a day in the logs.

Downstream Value
Frequency 585000000 Hz
Signal to Noise Ratio 36 dB
QAM QAM256
Network Access Control Object ON
Power Level 3 dBmV

Upstream Value
Channel ID 2
Frequency 33313000 Hz
Ranging Service ID 7871
Symbol Rate 2.560 Msym/s
Power Level 41 dBmV

Here are the levels in the afternoon.

Downstream Value
Frequency 585000000 Hz
Signal to Noise Ratio 38 dB
QAM QAM256
Network Access Control Object ON
Power Level 0 dBmV

Upstream Value
Channel ID 2
Frequency 33313000 Hz
Ranging Service ID 7871
Symbol Rate 2.560 Msym/s
Power Level 41 dBmV

I just got a call from Cox, apparently there were a couple of trouble tickets already opened from customers in the area and he said they found some ingress in our area and the problem is now fixed.

I haven't had any problems in the last 4 days so everything seems to be back on track.

Thanks for the help!!!
