Yeah, it's slow for me as well. It's been up since 4:30 PM and it was fine up until now.
The downstream power level for my modem doesn't look right. It's fluctuating between 0.5 and 1.0 dBmV (Motorola Surfboard SB5101N - DOCSIS 2.0). |

I haven't had any problems here in Ottawa (Carling area) with my internet connection, but as of about 10:30am, I can no longer make outgoing phone calls with my tektalk. Oddly, I am able to make calls via softphone on my galaxy s3 (through the teksavvy server).
Could this be related to the outage? Or should I remain on hold for a few hours with tech help to find out for sure?

The provisioning issues are still ongoing at this time but we are working to resolve it, as soon as we have word on a resolution we will post here. |
