Wow, since August. IIRC, Texans started had a test area first with this? Don't remember when it was implemented here but I remember Corpus Christi and the RGV division (deep south Texas) were the first to get it.
One day while paying my bill I noticed the meter, and at that time I don't know why but the data went even earlier than August. |

Which has gotten as much interest as inviting yellow jackets to your next picnic.
A $5 discount to keep usage at or below 5GB a month for a service that runs an average of $40 after discount means customers are effectively paying TWC at least $6 per gigabyte (unless you buy the lite slow speed tier).
My sources in Texas tell me call centers have had nearly zero luck interesting customers in this. The extremely budget conscious instead jump to a promo from AT&T offering DSL for even less with a 150GB cap.
