<description><![CDATA[ell posted : Today I was looking at my internet settings and I had a Cogeco IP address under DNS server "173.238.163.??? has anyone had this happen. I did not put it a dns server so and it was not there Dec 1.<br>so I removed that IP address. Now am I at risk of ID theft or anything?  ]]></description>
