Rock solid 3Mb. This was one of the better test.. I wish it would display the fluctuation throughout the download speed portion of the test. It's been like this all day today. 35-600ms on a tracert to Google. It's hard to believe that dialup usually stays right at 250ms at all times when gaming. But then you get DSL and it can go to 1000ms.
