Re: [Awww] Who likes Keurig

I have one. I had three of them actually in about a year. I had two that the pump "SEAMED" to quit and "Prime" was always showing on the screen. Keurig replaced them without cost.
On the third one, it started doing the same thing as the last two only a couple weeks after I got it.
It took me forever to realize that despite having a whole house it was minuet particles in my well water that kept clogging the coffee maker water intake.
I bought a Keurig water filter, and it has worked flawlessly ever since.

That said, I usually drink TWO cups of coffee a day. I like the Green Mountain Coffee "Dark Magic" which is quite strong!

No Keurig only a Black and Decker with the usual clock and preset junk. Not very exiting but my daughter gave me a sampler box of Starbucks coffee so that makes up for what is lacking.

Never tried Starbucks. Not sure the price would be worth it.
Their Starbucks Decaf House Blend Roast Keurig K-Cups looks about 40 cents a cup more than most.

That is a bit steep to be sure...DD does the same with their K-cups.

We get our favorite K-cups at BJ's. Of course, they only sell them in "bulk" (80 k-cup packages), but the price is lower per k-cup than anywhere else in our area.

You can get Starbuck's K-Cups at Costco for the best price I have found yet. 34.95 for a box of 54 cups.
