Basically you can't since charter terminated their social media department. Charter direct was part of that department along with twitter, and Facebook. Its going to be hard, only thing I can suggest is try to get your issue escalated and if they send a tech out ask for a supervisor. I might have to do the same soon but waiting till after the new year rings in.
