Maryland here. Had the 12Mb service, went into local office and asked to be upgraded to 35Mb. Drove home and speedtest.net shows 34.2Mb....good enough.

I just tried support by email and was told its not in Rochester...I just don't know if I got someone who knows what's going or got the stock answer.

That's at least better than the guy I chatted with via the website last night.

If you're on Gamer, you should be going up to 35x2 just like ptrowski. I'm also on Gamer, and it's not working for me yet either.

Right. When I chatted with support last night, I asked if I had to reach out to them to get a new config file. They told me it was not upgraded yet, I pointed to this thread saying NH and MD were active. His response was I will reset your modem and it will drop this chat. I did not see any changes until I posted here.

I guess we'll get it when we get it.

I can't complain too much, here in CT we've been Metrocast's favorite child for a long while, we were the first to get so many things, so I can stand to let the other guys have a time in the limelight I suppose...

Same here, I'm in Plainfield so ill wait for the config to be pushed. I rest the modem this morning and I'm still seeing 25/2

I would say use the chat feature and have them do it. No waiting.

I chatted with MikeF and he would not upgrade me! I will give it a day or two then call in.

He said they were working on upgrading everyone this month. Bottom line he implied I would get when I get it.

I pointed out this thread and he said the posters were not from MC I told him that the people posting that they chatted and got the upgrade were people that I have known for years and I believe them when they say they got it that way.

I thought I remember something along this line from a previous upgrade. You had to get one of the "good" support folk, so maybe just avoid that one. I haven't tried yet, will give it a shot tomorrow.

Still no luck in NH here. It is definitely chat roulette -- you could get someone reading a script -- or you could get someone who knows what docsis 3.0 is and will do anything in their power to help you...

I haven't gotten lucky yet.
