We use these at remote sites that dont require managed switches
Never had one fail ever. Have industrial hardened ethernet ports as well. A bit expensive but worth it

+1 for the garrettcom switches. I have the 48V version at a solar site and it doesn't care what you do to it. 30V to 70V - heat or cold - everything around it glitches, and it hasn't even blinked in 4 years.
