I have no audio on the new channel (877 here) , BBCWN-HD , picture is fine. Audio is fine on all other analog and digital channels. Time Warner Tech Support could not figure things out after various reboots and audio driver uploads. Other digital boxes in the house have audio from this channel. Any suggestions? I hate having to take a day off work for them to do a service call. HDMI audio from a SA 8300 box.
