I think I found the street with the most Pot holes in the US
it's only about a 1/2 block from here but they should really repave it.
they do fill them every time it rains but still.

it took a beating over the last 4 years compared the image on google maps. As a major rain storm tore up the road last year 2011. (still 2012 here :P )

I'll get a photo of the road tomorrow
but I'll upload one from google

At least its paved. If you meet some one on this road someone has to back up. Both sides have about a foot deep ditch just wide enough for your tire. Great place to party when I were teenager, but driving the road was not very fun.

edit: I'm actually surprised the Google camera car went down that road.

There's one big one here in town that has eaten more tires than I can count. Plus I think there is a gift shop at the bottom.

Good ol Palmdale. I didn't know they had actual paved roads out there.

The Google photo just shows a ton of filled-in potholes. I'm not impressed.

And far from being the street with the most potholes, I can post pictures of streets much worse that are in upper scale neighborhoods.

that is because even if the HOA in those hoods can afford to repave, the upper scale people likely would complain about the noise.

Besides they all own SUVs nowadays so they could get by without pavement.

That's nothing. New Orleans takes the prize for worst streets.

I am talking about city streets not those in a HOA snoberhood.

You must of never drove in Miami because that road looks better than most roads out here. I sometimes feel I break my suspension when one catches me off guard and I always need to go out and check for damage because they are that bad in some areas.
